With a slight subject swerve, I had no idea that frozen fried eggs were a thing, until one day I did an audit to a large company which specialised in egg powder, but also huge numbers of fried eggs, which are fried in the factory, frozen, and supplied in boxes of xxx, to fast food cheap end catering.
