Decided to email MMC concerning the A/C.
Received a very nice prompt reply from MMC to this question:
" Yes it is normal for the A/C not to blow continuous cold air through as it will reach 5 degrees and will turn off until it reaches 12 degrees and activate again."
I expect here in Florida , A/C is working overtime because of our sizzling humid weather. 33' C today.
