I'd taken a few gallons of water up there, plus my mower to reduce the grass height around its protective fence. I ought to buy a small trailer to transport things like my mower - lifting it into the back of the LR is not easy smile
Now I need to do some research on environment required for blue bells. That whole long grass area used to be cut on a regular basis and we had a great set of bluebells each spring. I'm wondering whether leaving the grass long will stifle them next year.

Silly money for those heritage Landies!
That is a nice touch Graham.

They are a high loading area especially for men of our experience rofl

If it's any help Wiscombe has a similar high area where the bluebells thrive on the edge of the woodland around the finish line area with very little grass but scrub type land.

I'll ask Joe..
