When you upload an image of the right size (I do not know in the moment the max size), you will see a long list of insertion options. The last section at the bottom says ‘BBCode’. Select the first line „Full“ and simply copy it by clicking on it at the right end. You can insert the line into your post as I have done here to show the screenshots.

I think there are also good instructions for this on the page.
