Maybe the common break point with both Harley and Morgan was the change in ethos and direction that came with a change of ownership. In Harley's case it was being bought out from AMF and the introduction of the Evo engine that saved Harley from bankruptcy. A not too different situation in my humble opinion with Morgan.
