You need to notify your DNO (grid operator)
prior to installing an EV charger.
If your on a single phase supply then you can only install a 7 kWp charger. If you are on single phase you can have a 22 kWp charger but it will only ever charge at 7 kWp...
For a 22 kWp EV charger you will need a 3 phase supply.
