Burgundymog .... mine was a model 66, stainless 4" barrel 357 with pachmeyer grips .... not fired a modern pistol since the ban. Though on one road-trip I did fire an colt 45 vintage single-action revolver and a full-auto Thompson sub-machine gun at a range in Wyoming 🙂

I used to do clay pigeon shooting and a lot of 'black powder' shooting on ranges. I did try to handle a Desert Eagle at a range in the States, after a few rounds just too much semi automatic for my liking .
