Supportive, yes, but supportive in the same way you might be if your spouse took a sudden interest in, say, amassing a large collection of K-Pop paraphernalia or turning the living room into a disco-themed hookah salon.
Setting the primary question to one side, I'd like to ask what is wrong with either of the above, and why it would have to be the "spouse" who did one or the other (or both!)...
