Also as it has done this from new I would (if haven't done so already check for a faulty/incorrect Engine Coolant Temperature (ECT) Sensor: If the ECU receives an incorrect signal indicating the engine is always cold, it will continuously enrich the fuel mixture as a "cold start" strategy, even when warm. Morgan are not very good at sorting out the ECU settings for the radiators they use.
