To be quite honest, when it comes to travelling at high speed and exploiting the cars performance to the full, then I'd prefer to be surrounded by Porsche engineering than Morgan engineering. Whilst both marques have had their fair share of reliability issues over the years, I'd prefer the benefit of massive Porche development budget wrapped around me. Morgan achieves amazing products with quite finite budgets, and in certain areas it shows.
I really like my CX but I wouldn't drive it flat out whereas my Porsche Turbo cabriolet I had roof down flat out at over 165 mph without a second thought. I might have just been kidding myself or just didn't even consider the consequences if I happen to get it wrong.or out of shape.and the Porsche had a well known handling issue when the turbo spooled up.Kind of like the P6.
