I agree about the necessity to have the hood up without side screens in if possible when travelling any distance on a warm day.
Even in our temperate climate I have become dehydrated if not and as I am not of the generation that carries a water bottle welded to themselves I have learned to drink a lot more even with the roof up.
Having had lumps removed from the surface (thankfully) of your skin due to too much exposure working overseas both Heather and I factor 50 at the drop of a hat.
Thank God for our wonderful NHS they sorted us both out during the first wave of Covid and these people are living Saints

PS In order of preference an Aeromax is the apex car then Midsummer closely followed by the Aero Speedster model which is realistically the affordable one of the trilogy for me.
The ONLY reason I don’t have a Speedster in my garage is the MMC’s total lack of support of any kind for the Aero chassis cars, once Scifab overreached himself it has left all Aero owners in a very precarious position sadly.
