Yes those wires are for the electric screen. Dash off to get them & be careful if uyou remove the screen the bolts on the A pillars are different lengths. Get them worng & you break the glass. Whilst the dash is off replace the screen wash tubing & T piece with good stuff from a pet shop i.e .aquarium supplies https://www.gomog.com/allmorgan/screens.htm
