I do like a dressed crab, one of my personal treats ... when I first moved to the NE of Scotland 35 years ago they were in all the fish-shops ... now there's not one in Fraserburgh that does them in spite of the fishing harbour ... guess they're too labour intensive these days.

It's to do with the decline of the wool industry....................they can't get the clothes.
