I have downloaded it to my ifondleslab. Will PM you, clearly I would not like to breach the Ts&Cs of any publisher but I am certain we can do something.
If you can get the publisher to allow you to use it on your site then we can get it to you easily enough ? You might like to ask for limited approval to use it on your web site.
