In Italy you must have headlights on all the time on the Autostrada. The Alfa Romeo has headlights that go off when the ignition is turned off, rather like a motorcycle except you do have a light switch as well. I am in the habit of leaving lights on all the time. In fact if the Morgan does not work like that I very well may insert a relay so that it does.
