I still worry that concessions on older cars (VED & MOT) will ultimately lead to restrictions on use as has already been the case in some other countries.
Agreed, but difficult to enforce here as some vehicles exempt from the MOT (mileage check ?) and ANPR cameras struggle with black 'n silver plates
Despite all the tech we still have thousands of motorists on our roads with no insurance or road tax
