Wow, After several communications with Morgan it has now become apparent that I was indeed given the wrong information. The confustion (at their end) is due to the fact that the Spax shocks come in boxes of two but are sold by them as singles.
So you are correct the Spax price previously posted is for each shock.

The Front Adjustable Spax (SP160002) are £192 (£230 inc Vat) Each..... (£460 pair)
The Rears (S170002) are £174 (£208 inc Vat) Each .... (£416 pair)
