Great place under new management Well our Son and his lovely wife planned a surprise lunch here and we spent just the best 75th Birthday 4 Hour lunch outside in the shade of the beer garden sans beer as we were all driving, the food was great.
They had driven up (and return) from Cornwall in all the Bank Holiday traffic so massive effort, just the very best of Birthdays spent in the company of the very best there is and with my lovely wife of 53 years at my side always there to put me right when needed (often)..
The unwrapping revealed a trend in the evening .... Family and close friends are irreplacable.
