My ZS EV MG has had a problem activating now since Dec 25. It has had 6 visits to EMG Ipswich to fix it. The last for for 13 weeks i.e. 3 months!
I picked it up yesterday & all was fine. Drove to Sutton Hoo at 9:30 this morning and the activation issue is back.
The activation is of the comms box so right now the phone works on & off, the weather is not shown (not an issue it has windows) & I guess who knows what.
Pretty much everything has been changed or checked. Wiring, ariel, T box , general coms box , infotainment screen & the FICM.
MG seem to want it back to fiddle I want my money back. It was 11 months old in Dec. Does anyone know a good contact in the press please.
