as the suitcase isn't as tall as the rack, it doesn't go up as far as the top rung of the rack.
You seem to have a different rack / suitcase / strap combo to mine, where the suitcase is certainly as tall as the rack and the straps are secure against the suitcase when using the eyelets.
I have th factory Plus Six rack with sidescreen slot, the Morgan case and the Morgan straps.
