For the record, I got the following answer from MMC.
"Sorry for the late response. Even though the konis state that they are adjustable they are not. They are built specifically for us and are preset at the factory.
We understand your concern about the axle hanging off the end of the Konis on full stroke, as of now we have not had any problems with this. If you are really concerned we suggest that you consider fitting a slightly larger bump stop"
