I have a slight driver's side rattle, which I've traced to loose Allen screws on the windscreen pillars (both sides!). The top two screws both sides, tightened nicely, but the bottom screws just rotate. I think there is a nut hidden on the inside, which needs a spanner on it, to get everything tight.
My question is, what is the easiest way to get to the nut? I am reluctant to start dismantling the interior, as it looks like the dash and the trim roll underneath it will be in the way. Has anyone found a simple way in, please?
