They are a very expensive bag, but it fairness they are quite well made. The fit is extremely neat so the bag takes the minimum space, additionally they are quite robust and would protect your "even more expensive side screens" from scratching or breakage. They are also part of your Morgan accessories, could help when you sell the car and have the Morgan Logo on the cover. But you are right they are after all only a simple bag.
