It always stops raining when I wash the car....sounds strange but why would I want to was the car when its raining???

Well I don't have to dry it

Trouble is 9 out of 10 times its raining and I proceed to wash the car it stops raining and worse than that the sun comes out and its a mad mission to dry it before the sun does.

Then when finished it rains again.

This weather is so relentless and hugely frustrating
