There aren't many Aeros in America, and very few of the owners are active in Morgan clubs. Similarly, very few American Mog nuts are that excited about Aeros -- the only Aero owner I know has an ex-works racer rather than a regular production Aero.
Morgan dealers in the US can sell you an Aero, but you've probably noticed the steep prices they want. Since they know the owners of existing Aeros, when an owner wants to sell they usually buy the car and thus prevent you from getting used-car bargains.
My advice is that you continue to advertise in "Car Wanted" places, and maybe some owner will call you before he talks to his dealer.
