Bud good for you. I spent 4 years in Germany & like to break a rule day just to ensure they didn't get into my brain (sorry North Germans). My KPI currently 75% for 2012 but not on safety rules where I want 100%.
I am a sad git there as I have 800 folks at risk where I work and must lead by example. My nightmare is telling someone how their beloved died.
Graham & Frank 4 x 4 will point out though I get from A to B a bit qucick often.
But for me to be me being seen seems obvious, I understand where you are coming from but having seen some fools on the road anything that helps I'll use to ensure I live.
