I had quite a bad leak on my 2005 Roadster at the top of the screen. I discovered that it was coming in at the top of the screen pillars. I did a similar fix to Dave's, but found it still leaked, although a lot less. I finally tracked the last bit down to the gap between the header rail & the bracket, where the weld stopped short of the end. A piece of insulating tape wrapped around the joint proved the cure & a lasting job was done by running a bead of hot-melt glue down the join. No more leaks for 5 years or more. Ian
