I have yet to fit my set. As I have a concern.
When greasing the suspension using a grease gun from the top and bottom nipples I can watch for the grease oozing out.
The number of squirts needed varies each time I do it.
So the concern is that I cannot see the grease oozing out if I use the remote kit.
I have considered installing the remote nipples near the suspension, in a position where I can see the grease oozing out.

£215? shocked2

The kit is around £50 and I've seen it advertised as fully fitted by a dealer advertising in Miscellany for a lot less than that!

I am in India right now so I can't check my bill but Mogworks charged me max 1 hr labour = £55 + vat. THey are in High Wycombe so the fuel costs will be well below the savings

HOW MUCH!! I purchased the nipples, tubing and brackets direct from Nipplesdirect before the kit was widely available at the costly sums of £36 plus postage. It took about 1 hour to fit. see Nippleshop Morgan Kits

Adrian. There isn't really a company called "Nipples Direct", is there?

Looking at the downloaded fitting instructions from Nippleshop, they talk about needing to slacked the bottom shock absorber nut. Anyone know the torque setting for retightening this bolt?

It's not critical Roger, it's a nyloc and from memory 18/22lbs ft is the ball park. I just nip them up until 'tight'. It's only a holder, it doesn't do any real work, because the force is at 90degrees to the fastener.

Roger.

Does your 4/4 just have nipples a the bottom of the springs? (Mine does, and is the same age)
In which case you may wish to consider the following: It is possible to over-grease at that point, in which case you risk grease coming up from the greasing point, through the spring coils and going onto the brake discs.
By crawling under the car with the grease gun, you can check on this each time you greaee.. . . . . just a thought.
