Like you, I found the Morgan response quite incredible given we are talking about brakes not to mention all the problems experienced with the new cars “down under”.
We are now hearing of similar suspension problems with overseas cars which seems to dispel the early theories of a transport issue.

The real frustration is that all the problems could and should have been picked up prior to dispatch or delivery.

I know of no other motor manufacture who maintains such a high degree of customer good will as Morgan. Morgan owners are far more tolerant of quality levels that simply would not be accepted by the owners of other Marques – “They all do that Sir...”

Good will is a commodity to be nurtured, abuse it at your peril!

The “Hand Built” tag seems to be rolled out as an excuse for poor quality rather than a Badge to be worn with pride.

Have no fear 4/4sportsfun, I will get this car sorted with or without Morgan – a stunning car is very near...

Looking forward to hearing what Caparo think...

Yea, that was my thought...

But Peter, Look at the bright side, a fastidious owner – I’ll take that tag from Morgan all day long, especially from the winner of the ‘Rest of the World’ Morgan Dealer of the Year Award for 2011.

I can include it in the “For Sale” advertisement “A Morgan Identified Fastidious Owner”

That’ll but her weights up as she struts down the catwalk of the used car market....!
