One of what I am sure will be many questions to come. Has anyone fitted an iPhone mount to the dash so it can be used for Satnav etc? Also is there an aftermarket speaker system that can be fitted so that I can hook up my iPhone for music?
Thanks in advance.
Speakers? If you can hear anything from the speakers you arent driving it vigorously enough. You'll be wanting aircon next! It is a fair point but every once in a while it is good to have some tunes to compliment the drive. Bat Out of Hell? Satisfaction by the Stones, Rock and Roll - Led Zep, Paradise City - GNR.

GNR? At my age thats Great Northern Railway......... Had to ask my son, he knew.
Try Ella Fitzgerald singing Cole Porter, going through Glencoe, Aeroscreens and all through the right speaker, It doesn't get better than that I reckon.

I chose not to have aircon in my new Roadster - on the basis I'm not sure I would feel the benefit with the top down. Apart from one car with aircon blasting through the seats, I've yet to find aircon with the top down gives any benefit. Plus, I live in England, where the weather is broken. I disagree. Strange to say but with the top down it still works to the degree that it can actualy be too cold, at least in the spring time. Damn! We have just had an excellent dinner because we had senior to dinner and is an excellent cook and I keep hitting the wrong keys

Have just ordered one. I agree the standard knob makes the shaft too tall. The difference on my 4/4 of fitting the librands shift was excellent so I am hoping for the same. Plus keping my hand warm in winter drivng to the Jolly Tanners Arms for the London to Brighton John, Have just fitted the gear knob and it makes a great difference. The shorter throw is much easier to use. Thanks for the heads up. John
