Now that Lorene and Marion have decided that every Aero needs matching luggage you are fighting a losing battle, so just grin and bear it....

I honestly wouldn't mind if it was actually leather luggage! But it looks like some old canvas with some leather straps... surely a few Tescos bags, spraypainted to match the car, would look better? <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/tongue.gif" alt="" />

I too thought the cases were leather, I think I will explore having some leather cases made unless anyone can suggest an alternative that fits the Aero.

Thanks for link - though given that the luggage is bespoke for a Series II/III car I figure it won't fit in a Series I (as the boot got bigger on the SII).

I wondered the same, but Brands Hatch Morgans checked with the factory & they do indeed fit my series 1. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/thumbsup.gif" alt="" />

For those who do not have the bespoke luggage I have an alternative solution that may suit.

If you let me have the colour code number of your vehicle I will trawl the local (and not so local) charity shops and find some carrier bags - or even more excitedley maybe a wheeled trolley - that will be as close a match to your paint colour.

Please bear in mind that the number of carrier bags to fit will vary from series I to II & III
