I don't want to mess up this thread but it got me to thinking about designs of the 'fifties etc in what might be called the 'more affordable' range We all know about- and I guess most of us love- the XKs ( my favourite is the perhaps least known XK140 coupe) but I've always had a soft spot for these: http://www.jowettjupiter.co.uk/G

XK140 Coupe  jowett though, not my cup of tea although my Dad was at school with a Jowett and they had a trip round the works and were shown the Jupiter prototype

I think that Jowetts were well made, but the styling is a bit Marmite. I also like the XK140..........
