I have been asked to provide an Agreed Value statement by my insurers for my 06 +4. Does anyone have a contact please for the Yorks Dales area? Regards

Regards If you either bought thecar from a Morgan dealer, or get your work done by a Morgan specialist on a fairly regular basis, then the easiest way forward might be to go to there for the certificate That's what I do ( In fact, Mike Duncan renewed mine for Gott and Wynne only a couple of months ago) Failing that, I'm sure someone such as Dave W will post, making a suggestion Like most of us, I'm aware of the Morgan specialists in your general area ( Ledgerwoods in Scunny, John MacDonald/ Beamish in County Durham, Gills - who I know absolutely nothing at all about) but I have no more specialist knowledge than that. Dave is in the Sheffield/ Mexborough area so he may well have HTH regards G

Go to a dealer. I went to my nearest and they gave me a value. Good chance for a run and a look at cars too.

I would suggest Beamish Morgan (was Macdonald Racing) in Co. Durham, which is probably your nearest dealer. They valued mine for me when I last had it serviced there. Alternatively Ledgerwoods in Lincs or Lifes in Lancs who both are probably more sales-orientated.

Plus added bonus if you go to John MacDonald/ Beamish they have a couple of guys who are brilliant on the dyno ( I'm assuming they are still there) so you could get a good picture of power output and what simple steps could improve it I think NPuttick did that when he fitted a Rob Wells exhaust and he was pleased with them G

John, I know Dave W raised this question a litle while ago. Have they gone altogether or just out of Morgans? They certainly haven't advertised in Miscellany for ages Cheers G
