Hi all
Does any one have the part number or original application of the front brake disc's fitted to the 4/4 Sport circa 2009.

It's time for a change, getting annoyed with the pads getting a lip and affecting braking. My plan is to pick up a slightly larger disc's to aliminat the pad wear problem, maybe make a new calliper mount to accommodate larger disc's, or machine disc's etc.
An alternative could be to adapt the pads to fit calliper so they fit the disc.

Cain,
this may help. It covers your issue near the bottom.

I've been to Peter's and love the conversion for the 4/4 Sport Brakes and would love a pair. But I've spent my allowance on AT throttle bodies, new front springs, camber plates and AVO shocks!!
Need to get rear springs and traction bars, before Peter's brakes.
As the brakes are so very good, maybe some Earl's hose's as a basic upgrade.
It's just that dam lip on the pads I need to eliminate.
Such a basic error in brake Design by morgan Pad to big for the discs dumb wits. Maybe I do to many miles a Year.

swmbo went and bought a Mac for herself and it drives me swear It has some good points but many of the programs are not logically integrated the way they are with a Windows PC and I find some simple tasks impossible. Can't wait to get back to my PC.
