I did UK , Spain, Morocco,Algeria, Tunisa, Sicily, Italy back UK on an F1 4/4 in 76. Great bike from the 70's. I am talking about the boring ones in the 80s. Only the tank badge showed you who made it.
Meanwhile Bennelli has the 750 sei (6) etc

There were one or two UJMs that stood out though... Err...  Kawasaki's Z650, Honda's 400/4 ...  That doesn't even deserve a response.... Oops! I just did

Oh yes, by the early 80's I had a T140V, followed by an R65, then the R100RT I ran for 16 years. Didn't pay much attention to Jap machinery around that time, except for my gen 1 RX-7...

Would I marry a Porsche, or would I choose something with more spirit? Hmmmmm..... Now there's a thought. If the Morgan was a woman..... What would she be like? ....mmmmm....would you wash and polish her in the same way as you do with your Morgan...  ..then there's the servicing...  .... ....er....I mean, would you service her yourself or get someone better qualified on the high street to do it?...a dealer perhaps... ...

Graham, no problem. I had T140V, MG Le Mans MkIII, in Kenya an Indian i.e. non EU Enfield Bullet 350 & then a K75BWM. Not a UJM is sight.
