Hi all,
I have just seen on another Forum that the new series 2 Roadster falls with in a lower CO rating and hence the road tax is not the £300 (soon £400) but the lower 185 to 225 bracket.
Has any one got a series 2 that can confirm this and the CO rating?
I am interested because I have one on order for March next year.
Regards Mark

Mark,
The EEC Certificates of Conformity show the following data:
46.2 CO2 emissions: ...combined: 225 g/km (series II) and 232 g/km (series I).
What I don't know is whether 'combined' is the relevant information for your tax system but I assume it is.
Roderich
PS I have both documents in front of me.

Hi Roderich,
Thanks for this information. 225 g/km is exactly on the threshold for lower tax and confirms the other information I had seen.
Thanks again, Mark
