Do you mean pushing down on the wing i.e suspension or somehow pushing the actual wheel?

I certainly never leave the handbrake on when in the garage - I've had many cars over the years that do what you've described; gave up handbrake use where not necessary a long time ago. I just leave the car in gear.
nick Same here... ...and will also add that it is best to make sure that the brakes are dry before you parking up for a few days or more...so, don't wash the car and wheel it into the garage with water on the discs.

It's worth adding that should you ever take your Morgan on a track day..... Never use the handbrake in the pits when the discs are red hot. Can cause all sorts of problems.... As above, I never use the hand brake in the garage. All cars will find that the pads stick to the discs after a few days. Quite normal. Just leave the brake off.

Do you mean pushing down on the wing i.e suspension or somehow pushing the actual wheel? I usually lean on the top (just past top dead centre) of the o/s front tyre with the palm of my hand, give it a shove forwards and twang! Job done
