A Fiat 124 sport was first,used to sneak out on the road at 14 the a Morris Minor Van, then I got to the legal age to ride and got a FS1E, then a series of bikes before a reliant (yes) robin saloon, C reg that I'd swapped for a Honda 250. Subsequently swapped the reliant for an escort then traded that for another bike. Never bought much where I was in Wales, lots of bartering.

First car after passing a driving test was a 1970's Oldsmobile Delta 88 with the 455 rocket 8 engine (was in Canada at the time cost a grand total of CDN$400).

My first car was a family hand me down too although it was only 9 months old.....A MK2 RS2000, Yes my dad was into cars too.

It was a black Custom a 79 I think. Big Cibie spots (They were the days) I took all my driving lessons in it and then my Test, I remember the examiners face well as he sat low in that recaro seat. "L" plates stuck on both Cibies. How did I get away with that one.
