a very pleasant drive out ...frost on the ground ...the leaves sweeping up in the back draught of the car ...the smell of bonfires ...gardeners and hedge cutters ...whaft of the pig and cattle farms ... all gently reminded me why I needed to return to open top motoring !

The punch into the seat back as the rear dives under acceleration ....well that just feels so good !!

My feet having now adjusted themselves to the unique feel of Morgan pedals ...my hands adjusting to the steering ...all feels good on the road, my ears - well the hospital said they should thaw out by tuesday !!!

I've just got back, too, but not sure I can describe it as poetically as you have done. So, do tell us, how many miles did you do before you had to switch off the seat heating?? grin2

That picture covers a thousand words, I bet the little one will remember that moment for the rest of his life. The car looks stunning.

Everyone loves a Morgan. Even me, unless it's broken again.

Nice one Bumpy!
Never seen the Ponderosa car park so quiet - but then I've never been for breakfast!

Cheers,

Wecome Bumpy, lovely car (but too wide for my 4/4 tastes hide)
I've owned my car over 7 years and the grin has not diminished one bit.

Well I have to admit to checking the garage twice today ...and i have a son who can say 'morgan' more times in one hour than the rest of this forum do in a year.

So quite an exciting experience for the 'boys'... obviously the car is more exciting than my other forms of transport.

My son Harry (11) loves the Morgan. He told me using his serious voice that it's 'an excellent father and son activity'.
