Check the water pump. I once had a failing water pump on an MGB, and there was a significant vibration through the driveline. Also check the dynamo/alternator bearings.

Recently I noticed that the clamp that secures the joint between the manifold and the catalytic converter was loose. I tightened it up and immediately noticed a vibration through the clutch on changing up. The vibration continued in top gear at 3k rpm
I eased the clamp - and the vibration disappeared.
Just a thought for you.
All the best

Because it happens at a specific RPM range, one is inclined to suspect the engine balance. Mine has a worn pilot bearing in the flywheel that allows the clutch to get off-center. If that happens I disengage the clutch once or twice to allow it to re-center. It usually shows up in top gear on the freeway. Pita. will pull the engine one of these days and replace the bushing!
