Container number are useful for validating movement of goods after the event, because container movements are well documented by the shipping industry for loadings, insurance etc etc.

Perhaps the Border Agency should stamp or tattoo everyone with a 'Container' Number then idea . Black Gothic would be nice oldgit
Perhaps that way then they would know where everyone they let in is nwo innocent
Anyone found without a number on would have to be sent back for recyling work
