Really?

I'd have thought the 'seen driving a Lotus' was the final straw in his descent to dodgy-status wink

Don't get me started with tourbillions. I love Jaegeur lacoultre Spherotourbillion,

although I think it costs about the same as my house, never mind my mog.

Check it out.

The Spherotourbillion is almost too complicated - a feat of engineering. I have a couple of Jaegers and they're beautifully made. Thankfully I've never caught the tourbilllon bug!

I remember years ago my brother in law had an Omega Seamaster and one evening as we were walking over a bridge (back from the pub)he ripped it off his wrist and flung it. Apparently it had stopped again and he was sick of spending £500 to fix it. I might have tried a different tack but he argued he would be constantly weighed down by it and enough was enough.

I drive an Aero8 and wear ....... an Aero Watch (NOT that Hublot bling). It is the same age as me, cost £10 on a well known auction site and £80 to have it serviced and is so comfortable to wear. The Aero name is contained in tiny 'Morgan' wings and is imho totally understated. All personal choice of course. coffee
