I actually bought it from Gnomon watches so I hope they don't mind me using their image smile

Well I like the look of this one. Contrasts with the watches I have.

Perhaps M3W owners should wear one of these.

Yep, the Portuguese is a great pair with the Morgan wink

...my name is Simon and I have a watch addiction... oops

(ps - should add that I bought mine about a decade ago, when they were still relatively reasonable.)

I put the link below up without taking any responsibility. I have no connection with them and to date have only corresponded by email. I can only say that they seem quite genuine to me, have a huge selection of watches at very good prices, and that I am seriously thinking of buying a watch from them.

If nothing else it will give a lot of browsing pleasure to watch fanciers.

http://www.sorelleronco.it/

The site is in Italian but the watch descriptions are also in English.

Below is a translation of their bar menu
Gioielli = Jewellery
Orologi = Watchs (and clocks)
Marchi = Brand or Make
Novità = New entries
Promozioni = Promotions or Specials
Ordinare = To place and order
Contatti = Contacts

Hello,
I was also searching for an adequate wrist watch. So I "designed" my own one by using a poket watch Unitas 6498 movement and a chinese housing. All parts are sourced at ebay. A watchmaker assembled the parts for which costed me only 30 Euros. The clock hands are supoptimal but the result is ok in my eyes because it is as basic as a Morgan. At the moment the watch is called the "Vierow No. 1".

Keep mogging

Christian
