Finally had to put the cover on the Morgan, had to dig the drive out this morning just to get the tin top out, and then had to put chains on for first time in five years, it is a four wheel drive with proper winter tyres, never had problems before, and we live in the mountains where we get quite a lot of the white stuff so are quite used to deep snow. When I measured the depth of snow it would have been just below bonnet height on the Mog. Could have been interesting driving. Suppose I will have to catch up with all those jobs that have been put of because I keep going out for a drive in the Mog.
Can't see the bottom of the garden at the moment, it's a white out. Argh!!!! more jobs to do indoors for the next few days.

Just started comming down here. It has been only light snow for the last couple of hours but now it is comming down in big flakes and starting to settle.  I can't imagine it getting up to bonnet height here though. Lucky we had a beautiful day yesterday and I was able to take a run in the Mog.

Yep our yard is South facing, so we get Sunshine pretty much 10am until 3pm, all the snow and ice has melted and left a full unused scattering of SALT....what a waste.

As I am not into photography, I will see if my basic camera can transfer pics to the laptop and hence onto the site, I must admit it looks quite picturesque at present. Our neighbours keep asking if the "crazy Englishman" is going out in the sports car, probably will as soon as it clears enough as most of the time they use grit here and not salt so not to much of a problem, and it gets a gentle pressure wash underneath quite regularly. The garden pump up sprayer that came with us from B & Q is ideal I find, just don't tell the misses I nicked her sprayer.
