Nice looking car from the eBay advert, but is going to be slow compared to modern traffic. The advert has it as a Series IV, but I would suggest it is a Series V from the build date and the engine installed.
The engine is a pre-crossflow 1500, the engine from the Mk1 Cortina and produces about 65bhp. As it appears to be fairly unmolested, changing the engine (and gearbox), is possibly a real shame.
If you want a project, find a cheaper, (and more numerous) 4/4 1600 to alter.

Worcestershire registration. As Jeremy says the evidence points to it being a Series V.

Mike Duncan morgans and Harpers both occasionally have cheaper cars for sale, and every now and then Allon White advertise a car that needs work. If you have any local morgan specialists then mention to them what you are after. It might be they have cars (or know of them) where they are not good enough to put on their forecourts, but will happily sell them on as trade sale cars. If originality is not a concern you might find there are a few elderly ones that have been used for competiton, but pre '73 and it may be that they eligable for historic motor racing which drives the price up again. Allon Whites currently have this for sale: http://www.carandclassic.co.uk/car/C354299

Buying a Morgan is always going to be a bit of an adventure compared to a "normal" car as there were never that many built: about 3513 4/4 1600 to go at. About half went abroad, so somewhere around 1500 cars somewhere in the UK.
Mine came from the classified pages of Motor magazine, (now defunct), but I know of people who have bought off eBay, their local free paper, craigslist and other slightly odd places. If you can cope with a car that needs work, makes sure all of the dealers know what you are looking for and let it be known at your local MSCC centre. After that, you need luck and patience.

Looks too good for a "project", states it has been recently restored. Looks in nice usable condition. Chassis and the other Morgan probelm areas would need to be carefully assessed though. When I was looking for a pre 72, I saw a couple of nice (externally) looking cars but both needed significant chassis work and the wood was suspect.
