I have actually worn the watch that asbojohn showed us. It is one of the very different watches made by MB&F. Another one is called "The Frog".
Marcus in Bond St. is a wonder world of fantastic watches but most of them are double the cost of fully fitted classic Mog however they are very nice people and well worth a visit. Marcus originally made his money importing Sekonda watches and now has a fantastic range of unusual pieces such as Urwerk and MCT.

My local jeweller have the Victory in, not as impressive in real life as the pics unfortunately.

Over four years on and there's nothing but the unreachable I'd swap my Milgauss for.

MB&F's LM1 is suitably mental.

I have seen and held the Bremont Victory, Selfridges have it in stock ( or did last week ) It's a nice clean watch but,in my humble opinion, not worth £12.800.00. You can buy a really nice IWC and have lots of change.

Yes, white face. I originally had the green glass on order (complete with massive waiting time) but my dealer had an extra white face sent to him by accident and offered me first dibs. I loved it and funnily enough when the green glass did turn up a year later I hand on heart preferred mine. The green glass mutes the orange, which is only the quarter markers and makes it too fussy - I like watches to be clean and I think the boldness of the steel, the pure white, the precision of the script and the bit of flash in the second hand is just great.

Got lucky with the exchange rates and the like too, which is a bonus. I wear it every day and it's scratched to buggery - and all the better for it! My life has changed a lot since I bought it and upon reflection I was stupidly buying beyond my means but I love it dearly and it has a lot of significance personally. I like to think that's what watches are all about.

I wear this occasionally, Reverso's are nicely retro.... Personally I find this one too bling for daily wear.

This is my Bremont MB II (which started this thread).

I like it apart from it does not have a battery and because I don't wear it every day, it has to be reset at each wear.
