Couldn't manage that at 5 this morning, but Henrietta got me there in time for Bristol-Padd, Padd-Taunton & Taunton-Bristol shift. And back home again!
Excellent Jeremy you are a trooper - it was cold here but I know from visiting Bristol in the Winter it is a whole new level. We are 500' AMSL and 1/2 mile from the salty stuff to put things in context.
Great picture she is shinier than a shiney thing
On your runs in the big one was it a nice scenic run.

The one regret I have is that we drivers are not allowed to take pictures on our runs (something about having to concentrate on the road ahead [for those who dont know, a railway route is known as a "Road"] and not be distracted !). Regrettable because the scenes around Bath are/were spectacularly beautiful and the entrance to Brunel's Box Tunnel (built like a castle entrance, again for those who don't know) would have won me a prize, I'm sure. If I had a camera. Which, obviously, I didn't !
These car seats are like racing seats. She is 2 3/4 now, so time to rebuild the Deavinson 3.5Hp Honda powered Kart that my 3 learnt their first motorised skills from because by 3 1/2 they had all had a go. Great fun watching them learn these skills and they enjoy the learning whilst demolishing polstyrene chicanes. Always with helmet and goggles though and kill switch at the ready.

My wife got one of those once when I could not see the sign (after redevelopment around Liverpool St) and were "blocked" in by two buses. We wrote and explained this to no avail! Aghh
