My wife got one of those once when I could not see the sign (after redevelopment around Liverpool St) and were "blocked" in by two buses. We wrote and explained this to no avail! Aghh Appeal it to the Traffic Commisioner. Apparently a fairly high percentage of appeals are allowed.

Sound advise Jay but Henry is kept in a friends garage remote from the address on the form - I am fortunate enough to have it rent free for services rendered to a woman friend of ours. Like you cynicism is second nature in the dross department and you have to protect yourself especially the way plod will be recruiting in a moment. An expensive photo of your car Richard. Tough luck. I kept one of my MG's in a garage belonging to an old lady for services rendered.....
Amazingly we met her on a bench on the sea front at Torquay. She lived five doors away and we'd never seen her before.
