It is a good case for standardising the pin placement on all Morgan script badges. Also worth noting that the angle of the script varies, at least between "Morgan" and "Plus 4".

Morgan have been true to their word and executed a perfect job - photos just taken by John at Richard Thorne after collecting the car from the factory (they turned around the repair very quickly, less than 24 hours) -

Now it looks exactly like I wanted it to look - a bit old school (like the last of the Plus 8's when they still had old style hoods but wire wheels and over riders). Dealer extras to be fitted now - including wing side lights - so should be ready by next week.

The last photograph is from Covertech who fit the paint protection film for Morgan - they put a photo of my car on their blog (a good place to see some beautiful Morgan shots).

David - I think we have discussed this before on TM, but are the side lights no longer a factory fit option?

I think they are now a dealer fit option, David, due to EU regs or homologation.

I think the factory will fit them - but won't wire them up - I assume the EU are worried about Polar Bears or something.

I believe this is what happened in my case.

Your Roadster is looking terrific David. I'm looking forward to your first reports. smile

It's looking quite menacing in that spec David! Nice.
