Has anyone any idea where I could find such a thing as a 'reupholstery kit for a pair of '71 bucket seats? I'm not coming up with anything on line.

Ahh - good photo in the back of MogMag John!
Uncle Melvyn would be my first port of call there too and/or Allon White as another possible...

Depends what you want. Melvyn will probably offer a re-upholstery service, but is unlikely to offer a DIY kit. Woolies do all the supplies, are very helpful with queries and give an overall very good service. I probably started doing business with them 30 years ago.
